A banquet captain is to deliver and serve food and/or beverage items in a friendly, courteous and timely manner resulting in guest satisfaction. Sets banquet tables to meet the function specifications. Serves food, beverages, condiments and accompaniments to banquet clientele in a friendly and courteous manner. Removes china, glassware and silverware from tables at the end of the meal period and delivers to kitchen stewards area.
Skills / Requirements
Previous restaurant or hotel banquet experience
Must be alcohol server certified.
