As you know, the Gobs of Jobs Career Fair  is returning to the Marriott Pyramid in Albuquerque on Tuesday, March 3 from 11:00am to 4:00pm.  We'd like to invite you to join us as a participating employer.

Here are some quick tips on how to maximize your ROI.
1.  Welcome your future recruits.  Don't stand behind the table.  Move it out of the way so there are no barriers between you and your future employees.  This helps you form a personal connection with the job seeker, which is why you're there in the first place.

2.  Bring your best and brightest.  Remember, you're not the only one that's making a first impression on job fair day.  Bring your rock stars!  These special employees can share their success stories creating immediate candidate engagement, or weed out the weak ones, whatever the case be.

3.  Take care of yourself.  You'll be on your feet for several hours, so for goodness sake wear comfortable shoes, and drink plenty of water.  We may not have enough insurance to cover you if you decide to pass out on us!
