A couple of weeks ago, I let you know that our very own Jobing.com General Manager, Randy Richardson, along with the equally incredible Nancy Newell SPHR were featured on the KKOB radio show "Let's Talk Business New Mexico."  In case you missed it, we've got your back.

What you'll hear is a spirited discussion about what's happening in the Albuquerque recruiting world.  What's the job market like today?  How do we reach out to folks in a compelling way in this challenging candidate's market?  How do we communicate our culture so that we make hires that stick?  The info was great and I'm happy to provide a link to the broadcast for your enjoyment, and edification.  (boy, that's a big word.)
