Blog Post: Applying online the right way

Some of our postings on Jobing.com, like Enterprise Rent-A-Car for example, instruct you to apply directly with the company on their website. You may see a link that looks like this...."click here to apply with Enterprise now." If you click the link, you're taken to Enterprise's career page. At this point, you need to fill out the online application completely. There are a couple of reasons that companies ask you to do this.
1. Companies are required to track applications, and you're not considered an real applicant unless you apply online. Resumes don't cut it alone. You must fill out the app to be legit. 2. Companies judge your attention to detail and professionalism by the quality of your application. Ask yourself this question....what does the quality of your work say about you?
