Bernalillo Academy is a sub-acute residential treatment center that serves youth between the ages of 5 and 17 years with a diagnosis of Autistic Disorder, Asperger?s Disorder, and other Autism Spectrum Disorders as well as Emotional and Behavioral Disorders and Developmental Delays.
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Therapist to join the system of therapeutic interventions to clients and families in a manner which meets all agency and applicable quality assurance, contractual and licensing, and accreditation requirements and be a part of our multi-disciplinary team.
Duties include establishing and monitoring treatment plans for clients within the facility, and providing therapeutic individual, group and family sessions. Clinical Therapists must maintain excellent commitment and positive outlook among facility staff.

Skills / Requirements
Master's Level Therapist, licensed in their discipline. Independent licensure in NM is required (LISW, LPCC, or LMFT). Milieu management/programming experience preferred. Position requires flexible hours and strengths-based approach.
