Jobing Description
We are looking for honest, hard-working people interested in a career in Great Guest Service. Our family business operates 27 Carl's Jr. restaurants, 12 here in the ABQ area and 15 in Southern California.
The General Manager will be responsible for:
Hiring and Training of crew and store management
Supervising 20-30 employees
Learn POS system
Sales results and cost results
Skills / Requirements
POSITIVE ATTITUDE and a Love for working with others to improve their quality of life, at work and overall.
Minimum 2 years experience operating a Restaurant in a General Manager position. 3 years or more in management preferred. Preferably restaurant experience including full-service, fast food or fast casual
Must be minimum of 18 years of age.
High School degree
Must have reliable personal transportation, a valid driver's license and proof of insurance
