El Centro Family Health, a leader in providing comprehensive health-care in northern NM has an immediate need for proven Registered Nurses. Qualified candidates will possess the following:
*Min. 3+ years progressive RN exper. Ideally in a clinical setting
*Licensed as professional RN in NM
*Demonstrated ability to assess full scope of patient needs, using the nursing process on a continuous basis
*Proven ability to effectively teach and foster an environment of continuous learning and growth of health care team
*Must be a self-starter, driven to team success and able to communicate in a variety of effective ways
