Job: PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT/NURSE PRACTITIONER

The Emergency Room Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (NP/PA) will provide Emergency Room Assessment and treatment under the supervision of the physician in the Emergency Room. In accordance with their knowledge base, experience, competence and within the Standards of Practice for the Emergency Department practice standards.

**Graduate of an accredited NP Program or
**Completion of Physician Assistant Certification
**ACLS Certification
**Certification with in 6 months of being hired
**ATLS Preferred
**Current NM State License through the board of Pharmacy
**Current DEA License
**Minimum of 2 years experience in an Emergency Room Preferred
**Demonstrates Professional Judgment, Independence, Maturity, Responsibility and Accountability
