We have a full-time, entry-level member services specialist position available in our Member Services Department. Job duties include supporting ASRT members by answering phone calls, responding to e-mails and identifying, researching and resolving issues affecting members. The specialist will provide high-quality service to internal and external customers while meeting productivity, accuracy, quality and member-centricity standards and organizational goals. Working hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Minimum requirements are a high school diploma or GED, one to two years of customer service experience, intermediate Microsoft Office skills and typing of 45+ wpm. The ideal candidate will have in-person or phone-based customer service experience and strong interpersonal skills, be detail oriented and have a professional demeanor. The candidate also should be able to talk, type and navigate systems simultaneously and follow through and take initiative when appropriate.
