Overnight Shift Supervisor - Will assist store manager in executing store operations. Must be at least 21. You will be responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Latitudes standards, and ensuring your team does the same. Needs to develop positive relationships with team by understanding and addressing individual motivations, needs and concerns. Must act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture and values of Latitudes.

Skills / Requirements

Must be passionate about people. Previous experience as a supervisor or lead preferred but not mandatory. No visible, conspicuous tattoos. (Long sleeves are available)
