Our Sales Agents provide high quality service to our members by engaging in auto-insurance and membership sales, all within a fast-paced environment. Your multi-tasking skills will be put to use as you: identify cross-sell opportunities to our members regarding product needs and service requests; quote insurance rates; qualify prospects; and inspect related documentation. Prior insurance-industry experience is not required, but is a plus.

Skills / Requirements

The candidates we seek are those who consistently strive to give the best service to our members. That includes the ability to demonstrate successful sales experiences, overcoming and resolving objections, and closing sales.

2+ years of proven sales experience is required
BA/BS degree a plus, but not required
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Valid New Mexico drivers' license and a good driving record
Ability to qualify for New Mexico fire & casulaty broker/agent license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Competitive sales drive & committed to maintaining superior member relationships
