LMATA Government Services, LLC a small business in government contracting is seeking an experienced Training Support candidate to work full-time in support of a long-term contract. The selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a L Clearance.
Technical and Compliance Training Department, 3521, within the Human Resources Center, has corporate responsibility for technical and compliance education and training products & services to support Laboratories' customer business objectives. Additionally, the department provides consulting services to Sandians to improve their job and organizational performance.
Provides administrative and logistical support to training teams in the development and presentation of training programs, workshops, and other learning activities to meet the educational and training needs of the organization. Provides planning, scheduling, coordination, and advertising of learning events, instructional design and development assistance, and evaluations of training programs to ensure a continuing quality program that enables mission success. Provides administrative support for the company's learning management system. Interface with instructional system designers, project leads, management, subject-matter experts, and customers on a regular basis on learning development, deployment, management and evaluation. Provides database management support in survey development, analysis and reporting.
Skills / Requirements
Candidates much possess and have demonstrated experience with the following: (1) Project planning, scheduling, coordination, execution and monitoring/follow-through; (2) Training metrics including data gathering, collation, analysis, trending, tracking and reporting; (3) Problem-solving with strong analytical skills; (4) Database operations; (5) Working effectively both independently and with teams; (6) Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills; and (7) Common computer based applications (e.g. Microsoft Office) skills.
Desired Criteria:
Knowledge or experience with basic instructional design practices and processes, including development of training using electronic learning applications. Background in Sandia financial processes, management of contracts, and preparation of statements of work.
