Job Description: Operations Support
Position will report to Operations manager
Responsible for entering AFE’s and Material requests, assist in the planning, tracking scheduling of maintenance events internally. Support the local operations team with duties as assigned. Participate in customer meetings as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
•Maintains records of key maintenance events for assigned operations area
•Enters and tracks AFE request into company software
•Maintains master schedule of maintenance requirements
•Manage Axip Command as directed for assigned operation area
•Fill out and submit material requisition sheets as requested
•Manage records related to VMI / Consignment material.
Required Qualifications:
•Proficient in, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, High School diploma or equivalent.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in either materials, field or shop work for Natural Gas Compressors
oKnowledge of Caterpillar, Waukesha, Ariel and GE products
•Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
•Must be able to work with the team in developing improved work processes for the department.
•Ability to document read and interpret policies and programs.
•Willingness to travel as needed
