To empower individuals to positively impact their lives, their communities and the environment.

Within this program, participants will learn conservation ethics, environmental stewardship, the Keresan language, the Acoma culture, and basic outdoor skills through the enjoyment of hiking, biking, and various other outdoor activities. Crew Leaders will promote and teach environmental awareness, healthy living, and the Acoma language and culture by reconnecting the youth of Acoma with the outdoors, particularly with their ancestral lands of Acoma Pueblo, and local public lands such as National Park/Monuments and BLM areas.
