Would you like to join Fortune 8 CVS Health joining our dynamic Transformation Legal team? As s Government Privacy Advisor you will assist in implementation, maintenance of, and adherence to the organization’s policies and procedures covering the use, access to, and disclosure of competitively sensitive information, protected health information and personally identifiable information (collectively "Confidential Information") in compliance with our best practices and policies, obligations under several regulatory orders and our commitments to clients, customers, and regulators.
You will support, consult on, and audit the design and implementation of data solutions to ensure compliance with the commitments we have made to regulators as well as customers and clients with respect to the internal use and disclosure of Confidential Information. These obligations are applicable to corporate and all business segments. This role is also responsible for collaborating with cross-functional leaders across the enterprise.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities:
* Auditing approaches for the integration of Aetna into CVS Health to ensure that as part of that integration there are adequate procedures, controls, policies, systems, training, and communications to ensure data governance and firewall commitment compliance.
* Supporting, consulting on, and auditing the design and implementation of new firewall business unit implementation standards created to govern the flow of data and information between Aetna and CVS Health business units as those teams use data to help transform health care.
* Supporting, consulting on, and auditing processes designed to ensure we are in compliance with firewall implementation standards that apply to legacy business units.
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:
* Strong ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization.
* Comfortable with being empowered to make difficult decisions that potentially impact business project direction.
* Ability to lead internal work teams to resolution addressing privacy issues and successful resolution.
* Can prioritize appropriately, and multi-task on high priority and high impact projects.

This role can be remote, work from home.

Required Qualifications
5 years knowledge of privacy and/or security and/or data governance standards and/or knowledge of compliance monitoring and/or auditing.
3 years experience leading teams.

Preferred Qualifications
6 years plus knowledge of privacy and/or security and/or data governance standards in a healthcare environment.

Bachelor Degree
