Your Role and Responsibilities
Who You Are and What Will You Do
As a Hardware Receive Call, you'll be able to do the following tasks/function:
  • You will serve as the first point of contact for IBM customers with hardware service requests.
  • You will gather and document customer information to ensure resources are invoked to handle the customer's request, and to route the call accordingly.
  • You will handle customer requests to review, cancel, raise/and or modify hardware service call information.
