Primary Duties:
Responsible for providing the documentation and processing support to Mortgage Loan Processors and Loan Officers including assisting in set up of all new loan files such as credit pulls, appraisal, employment verification, deposit verification, flood certificates, etc.

Manages incoming mortgage inquiry calls and emails, assigning inquires to Loan Officers while tracking progress of inquiries. Assists Loan Officers in preparing and distributing loan disclosures.
Assists with applicable pipeline management, helps facilitate communication regarding status changes and document requirements between production and operations.
Processes cancelled and denied loan applications and prepares files for submission to management for second review.
Prepares and mails Adverse Action Notices and approval letters to applicants.
Orders supplies and maintains proper copier maintenance.

  • Three to five years of similar or related experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Maintain relationships with all internal and external customers ensuring knowledge of Mortgage Products, Policies and Procedures
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external customers appropriately via in person, email etc.
  • Working knowledge of all Mortgage regulatory compliance
  • Excellent organizational skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and Mortgage Service systems
