The Sales Representative works with our sales team and performs community sales activities by effectively moving prospects/referral sources through the sales process to close.

Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:
¨ This position reports to the Sales Director
¨ Perform community sales activities be effectively moving prospects through the sales process to close (From formal inquiry to move in)
¨ Understand the sales board and ensures that each prospect is placed in the correct category on the sales board by complying with the definition within each category.
¨ Maintain accurate records (sales board, TGL, and esite) on each prospect complete with the date and time next step or follow up.
¨ Works with the sales staff to develop an outreach plan based on the needs of the community monthly and quarterly.
¨ Establish relationships with the outside referral sources in the community through face to face meetings on an on-going basis.
¨ Ensure apartment readiness and completion of all move-in paperwork prior to move-in.
Sales Representative Work Experience:
¨ Sales experience preferred.
¨ Self-motivated, organized and professional. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, problem solving, conflict management and budgeting.
¨ Have a caring disposition
¨ Current state specific driver’s license and appropriate driving record with a working vehicle
¨ Have a neat, professional, courteous manner and appearance
¨ Computer proficient skills, verbal and written, and routinely follow written and verbal instructions. English language skills adequate to allow communication with Residents and staff.
Sales Representative Educational Requirements:
¨ Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent.
